Responsibilities

  • Supports the planning and execution of the customer on-boarding and transition readiness activities related to Cencora initiatives, including hardware upgrades/replacement and initial implementation of hardware
  • Responsible for assigned implementations, including gathering, analyzing, and documenting customer-specific requirements
  • Leads the process to assure the transition from implementation to go live is a smooth transition without outstanding issues
  • Establishes and develops successful customer relationships while coordinating the success of all implementation projects
  • Coordinates and facilitates customer deployment and training activities with assigned customers and their IT/Network teams
  • Installs software and peripherals, troubleshoots/resolves hardware, software and networking problems at customer sites and Cencora locations
  • Interfaces with customer network resources to resolve Cencora hardware/operation issues
  • Liaises with Sales to obtain documentation required to support the new customer implementation process
  • Works with customer IT Team to document gap analysis related to aligning customer and ABDC applications for streamlined efficiencies
  • Proactively develops and executes customer call schedules to understand customer implications and establish objectives
  • Supports the execution and tracking of projects to ensure milestones are met and issues are addressed, including identifying potential risks and developing mitigation strategies
  • Communicates project status to appropriate stakeholders including tracking progress toward established goals
  • Delivers a consistent message to customers
  • Provisions users and provides independent application training on Cencora applications for customers and associates; conducts product presentations and demonstrations as needed
  • Performs related duties as assigned and is willing to work extended hours, travel up to 25% - 40% as needed

Required Skills and Qualifications

  • A+ and Net+ Certification preferred
  • Company-standard issue hardware certification and former healthcare, pharmacy or hospital experience; Security+ certification a plus
  • Requires a four-year bachelor's degree or equivalent combination of experience and education; normally a minimum of five (5) years of related experience
  • Demonstrated ability to build rapport with customers/business partners, strong customer service focus and interpersonal skills for working across multiple groups
  • Ability to travel extensively to meet objectives
  • Knowledge of operating systems, peripherals, handheld technologies, RF and wired networking, telephone systems, network servers and internal wiring
  • Strong diagnostic and computer skills for mixed environment systems
  • Advanced knowledge of Cencora's Customer-facing applications
  • Strong interpersonal skills to develop cooperative relationships with customers and colleagues
  • Excellent oral communication skills for presenting to customers, associates, and management
  • Strong analytical, organizational, and time management skills; problem-solving and multi-tasking
  • Self-directed with a proactive, can-do attitude; ability to work with minimal supervision and to travel
  • Proven project management skills and attention to detail
  • Ability to identify process improvements and implement changes
  • Proficiency with PC office tools (MS Word, PowerPoint, Project, Excel)
  • Willingness to work extended hours and travel extensively
  • Ability to establish trust, present a positive and professional image, and communicate effectively in writing and verbally

Salary Range

Full time • $74,000 - 105,820

*This Salary Range reflects a National Average for this job. The actual range may vary based on locale. Ranges in Colorado/California/Washington/New York/Hawaii/Vermont/Minnesota/Massachusetts/Illinois State-specific locations may be up to 10% lower than the minimum salary range, and 12% higher than the maximum salary range.
