Job Description / Responsibilities
- Implement and manage innovative solutions to boost business for assigned accounts.
- Educate customers using consumer and category trends to solve challenges and grow sales.
- Lead distributors with in?store selling, marketing, and account execution.
- Help achieve volume objectives for core brands in our diverse portfolio.
- Implement and execute programs that deliver on distribution, merchandising, display, and retail promotional goals.
- Develop mutually valuable rapport with assigned customers by understanding their needs.
- Lead communication between key customers, wholesalers, and internal teams.
- Track Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) to ensure consistent goal achievement.
- Job responsibilities may vary by state depending on regulatory requirements.
Qualifications / Requirements
- Education: Bachelors degree or equivalent experience.
- Experience: Minimum 1 year of professional field sales experience in alcohol?beverage or CPG industries. New graduates need a sales/marketing internship or related experience.
- Results?Driven: Proven volume achievements and ability to deliver on distribution and retail promotional goals.
- Technical Savvy: Demonstrated use of sales data analytics and tools to drive results.
- Mobility: Valid drivers license and ability to travel within assigned territory.
- Schedule: Flexibility to work non?traditional hours, including evenings and weekends.
- Location: Live in or near the territory.
- Expenses: Ability to cover ordinary business expenses that will be reimbursed.
- Compliance: Required to obtain a solicitors permit in any applicable state.
Physical Requirements
- Standing for extended periods.
- Ability to pick up or move objects up to 35 lbs without assistance.
- Use stairs (ascend/descend).
- Drive and visit multiple accounts in a day.
- Strong communication skills.
