Responsibilities

• Design and implement processes and solutions for data/text mining, analysis, modeling, and prediction
• Analyze structured and unstructured data to identify trends and provide actionable recommendations
• Collaborate with various departments to define requirements and address business problems
• Develop information tools, algorithms, dashboards, and queries to monitor business performance
• Create specifications for reports and analyses based on business needs and available data elements

Qualifications

• Associate's Degree or equivalent combination of education and experience
• 1-3 years of relevant experience in data analysis or a related field
• Proven ability to extract and analyze large data sets from various systems
• Strong knowledge of analytics software and systems to support departmental goals
• Experience in monitoring and tracking department data, including quality measures

Preferred Qualifications

• Bachelors Degree or equivalent combination of education and experience
• 3-5 years of relevant experience in data analysis or healthcare analytics
• Knowledge of Quality and/or Medicare Stars metrics
