As a Direct Care Worker, you will have the flexibility to coordinate your visits based on the needs of the individuals you serve and your availability. Compensation starts at $16.66 per hour, with no cap on hours worked. Soreo provides support to help you create a schedule that fits your lifestyle.

Requirements:

• Must be at least 18 years of age and meet all state provider requirements as per Arizona regulations, including background checks and Class 1 fingerprints.
• Ability to complete all state-mandated training courses.
