About The Role

Join our team as a Seasonal Stockroom Operations Associate, where you will play a vital role in providing exceptional customer service while ensuring smooth store operations. Your responsibilities will include efficiently processing freight, replenishing stock, and supporting omni-channel operations.

What You'll Do

• Receive and process incoming products, including unloading deliveries and executing stockroom operations and omni-channel fulfillment.

• Replenish sales floor inventory as needed based on sales performance and seasonal trends.

• Engage with customers by greeting them and offering assistance with their needs.

• Maintain product protection standards to ensure a safe shopping environment.

• Help train new hires on Kohl's brand standards, product knowledge, and inventory procedures, as directed by store leadership.

What Skills You Have

Required

• Exceptional customer service skills with the ability to multitask and maintain a keen attention to detail.

• Effective verbal and written communication skills, along with strong interpersonal abilities.

• No prior retail experience required; we welcome all applicants.

• Must be at least 16 years old.

• Flexible availability, including days, nights, weekends, and holidays.

Preferred

• Previous experience in a client-facing retail or service industry position.
