Responsibilities
  • Greet and assist students, faculty, and visitors at the front desk in a friendly and professional manner.
  • Manage incoming calls, emails, and inquiries, directing them to the appropriate department or personnel.
  • Maintain an organized and efficient reception area, ensuring all materials and informational brochures are up-to-date.
  • Schedule appointments and handle correspondence for administrative staff as needed.
  • Assist with the coordination of campus events and activities as directed by management.
  • Monitor and manage visitor access, ensuring security protocols are followed.
  • Perform clerical tasks such as data entry, filing, and maintaining electronic and physical records.

Requirements

  • High school diploma or equivalent; additional education or certifications in administration or related fields is a plus.
  • Proven experience as a receptionist or in a similar administrative role.
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills, with a professional and courteous demeanor.
  • Proficiency in MS Office Suite and familiarity with office equipment (e.g., fax machines, printers).
  • Excellent organizational skills with the ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively.
  • Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively in a team environment.
