Support the School's safety initiatives Developing intervention strategies to increase academic success. Provide direct support to students including assessments (behavior, safety, attendance), individual and group counseling, and crisis intervention. Assisting with student conflict resolution Helping students develop appropriate social interaction skills. Serve assigned Special Education students in alignment with IEP goals, as well as work with the general education population as assigned and/or needed. Attend scheduled staff, parent, and student meetings, including IEP meetings of students whom you provide services to Provide data to the IEP team and case manager relating to students whom you provide counseling support Assist parents in accessing and utilizing school and community resources.
