What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):

• Manage and coach direct reports to ensure clarity of goals and professional growth


• Unify marketing data across various systems into a single, trusted view for decision-making


• Own campaign tracking architecture and ensure accuracy in tracking and attribution


• Build dashboards for reporting on spend, performance, and ROI


• Establish and enforce data quality standards and governance processes for marketing activities

What is Required (Qualifications):

• 7+ years in marketing operations, performance marketing, or related data-driven marketing roles


• Experience managing and developing operational or technical talent


• Proven expertise in tracking, attribution, and campaign quality assurance


• Hands-on experience building dashboards and reporting frameworks


• Strong attention to detail with a reputation for data accuracy and operational rigor
