Pay Range The Target Pay Range for this position is $167,500.00-$204,600.00 annually. The full Pay Range is $129,800.00-$242,200.00 annually. Compensation decisions are based on relevant skills, experience, education, and individual qualifications. Performance?based incentives are available.

Impact Youll Make

As the Staff Solutions Architect, you will drive the transformation of BECUs digital member experience by designing and implementing innovative technology solutions. Your work will shape marketing platforms, streamline member interactions, and advance industry trends.

What Youll Do

• Lead CMS modernization, including RFP, vendor selection, and roadmap execution.


• Design member?focused solutions across digital platforms, including online banking and mobile apps.


• Own the Automated Pre?Screen project, integrating Experian platform.


• Establish domain architecture standards, processes, and constraints.


• Collaborate with business, product, design, data, architecture, and engineering teams.


• Stay informed of industry trends and emerging technologies, identifying opportunities.


• Oversee multiple initiatives, ensuring alignment with objectives and compliance with standards.


• Support digital rationalization and future marketing initiatives such as personalization with Adobe Target, CDP.


• Lead stakeholder discussions on business capability landscape and production support collaboration.

Qualifications

Minimum Qualifications

• Bachelors degree in computer science, information security, or related field, or equivalent work experience. Advanced degree preferred.


• Minimum 7 years of experience designing and implementing technology architectures, including complex, simultaneous solutions.


• Experience in cloud?native technology, microservice architecture, RESTful APIs, massively scalable designs, digital platforms.


• Knowledge of technologies and supplier capabilities, implementing into large infrastructure/systems.


• In?depth knowledge of service architecture hosting, security, risk management: IAM, access control, monitoring, IaaS/PaaS/SaaS, containers.


• Familiarity with Microsoft infrastructure and solution stacks (on?prem, cloud, hybrid).


• Deep understanding of Lean/Agile/Scrum methodologies; scaled agile (SAFe) experience.


• Knowledge of industry trends, value propositions, best practices for technology relevant to in?scope capabilities.


• Proven ability to cultivate strong relationships across the organization.


• Excellent organizational, problem?solving, and negotiation skills.


• Proficient verbal and written communication skills for customer service.


• Strong facilitation and presentation skills, conveying complex technical ideas clearly.

Preferred Qualifications

• Certification in Lean, Agile/Scrum, or ITIL principles.


• Working knowledge of architectural frameworks such as Open Group, NIST, ISO 19xxx, BizBok, Gartner.
