We're looking for a strategic, customer-obsessed Senior Manager of Community Programs to own our most important community initiatives. This role offers the chance to shape a large-scale, global community function, work directly with senior leaders across Product, Marketing, and CX, and showcase Zendesk's innovation in customer engagement. It's a high-visibility, business-critical role with measurable impact on retention, growth, advocacy, and value realization.
The US annualized base salary range for this position is $134,000.00-$202,000.00. This position may also be eligible for bonus, benefits, or related incentives. While this range reflects the minimum and maximum value for new hire salaries for the position across all US locations, the offer for the successful candidate will be based on job-related capabilities, applicable experience, and other factors such as work location. Please note that the compensation details listed reflect the base salary only and do not include bonus, benefits, or related incentives.
