An AM150 Law firm in Phoenix is seeking an associate with at least four years of experience to join its Commercial Litigation Practice Group. This associate will have the opportunity to engage in all phases of commercial litigation, from pleading through trial and appeal, taking on significant responsibilities in managing pending cases, and participating in in-court experiences, including trial and motion work. Key tasks will include discovery, oral advocacy, brief writing, depositions, research, and trial preparation.

Candidates must hold a JD degree from an ABA-accredited law school, have a minimum of four years of commercial litigation experience, and possess Arizona bar admission or the ability to become admitted in Arizona. Strong research and writing skills, as well as excellent academic performance, are required. California bar admission is preferred.
