What you ll do:

• Ensure an exceptional guest experience
  

• Support a team of guest focused service staff and a food focused kitchen crew
  

• Be a dynamic leader, creative problem solver and energetic team player
  

• Work the floor, ensure and improve upon an amazing experience for guests and employees alike
  

• Act like an owner and make decisions like the restaurant is your own
  

• Think big but don't forget about the little details that make the big difference
  

• Run towards the problem and help solve customer issues and concerns
  

• Support and drive a positive and productive work environment
  

• Provide both day to day and big picture leadership, this includes things like scheduling, ordering, planning and organization for all aspects of the restaurant
  

Who you are:

• An industry person who can define what hospitality really looks like and how you can contribute to the guest/team experience
  

• A people person who isn t afraid to ask questions, champion great work and be a team player
  

• You thrive when things get busy, appreciate a casual environment but are driven by the quiet times just as much as the hectic ones
  

• Have proven customer service experience and skills, a huge plus if your experience is restaurant based
  

• Have a passion for all things food and beverage, deep knowledge base of bartending, wine, beer, food and how they all play nicely together
  

• A proactive problem solver with a solution oriented mindset
  

• Described as Flexible, Great Communicator, Open to Feedback
  

• Excited to build and constantly improve company culture with clear expectations, high standards and systems of accountability for yourself and those around you
  

Compensation:

• $55k - $70k based on experience
  

• Performance pay program
