Yavapai County is seeking a Registrar Transition Coordinator to join the team at the Juvenile Justice Center School in Prescott. This role is responsible for a variety of essential record-keeping functions, including preparing monthly reports, managing requests, and creating and maintaining permanent student record files. Major Duties, Responsibilities Completes intake information and creates data file for each student. Acts as a liaison between students school and detention school; obtains student academic records and Individual Education Plan (IEP) if necessary. Records students daily attendance and completes monthly attendance report. Develops support plan with probation officer and probationer, defining life/job/education goals, and identifying steps to meet these goals.Networks with potential schools and agencies for which students will be involved upon release.
