The County Attorneys office is seeking a seasonal Litigation Specialist that will be assigned to the Early Disposition Court (EDC). This is a seasonal role that entails working 16 to 19 hours per week on Tuesdays and Thursdays. The Early Disposition Court convenes on Tuesdays at the Yavapai County Criminal Justice Center in Prescott and on Thursdays at the Superior Court in Camp Verde. Travel between these locations will be necessary. The Litigation Specialist will undertake complex tasks, collaborating closely with attorneys throughout all phases of the litigation process. This is a seasonal position as needed not to exceed 1040 hours per fiscal year.
