IN THIS POSITION, YOU WILL: Develop, implement, and evaluate adult library programs and services, as well as oversee collection development and maintenance, ensuring they reflect community needs, support lifelong learning, and align with best practices. Identify funding opportunities and prepare grant proposals to expand programs, services, and resources. Provide leadership, coaching, and training; serve as Person in Charge in the absence of library leadership. Work with other Library department teams to deliver integrated services and strengthen community impact. Stay current with emerging technologies; troubleshoot hardware and software issues; integrate digital tools to enhance services. Compile and analyze usage statistics, program data, and other metrics to inform planning and demonstrate outcomes.
