Under the supervision of the Director of Pharmacy, the manager will work in collaboration to guide and direct pharmacy services in a growing facility. The Pharmacy Operations Manager serves as a leader of pharmacy initiatives and contributes to the provision of high-quality care at Dignity Health. Provides direction and supportive resources regarding the day-to-day operations of the pharmacy department to reduce harm to patients and improve patient outcomes.
