As a Sales Associate at NAPA, you will be the first point of contact for our valued customers. Your role is crucial in promoting sales and ensuring customer satisfaction by accurately identifying their needs and sourcing the right parts. Your Responsibilities Will Include:

• Building strong relationships with customers
• Welcoming every customer with a friendly greeting
• Efficiently picking the correct parts from our inventory
• Helping to resolve retail issues that may arise
• Maintaining a clean and organized store environment
• Assisting with receiving and stocking merchandise

Qualifications:

• Valid Driver's License is preferred
• Previous retail sales experience is advantageous
• GED is preferred
• Ability to operate a point-of-sale system and catalog products
• Exceptional attention to detail, accuracy, and the ability to multi-task
• Self-motivated with a positive attitude

Physical Requirements:

• Ability to stand and walk for long periods
• Capability to lift and move merchandise up to 60 pounds
• Comfortable moving heavy equipment using tools and aids
• Strong communication skills, both verbal and listening
