Yavapai County Community Health Services is seeking a Counselor to join our team at our Cottonwood location. Working under minimal supervision, the Counselor will be an integral part of the healthcare team, responsible for delivering integrated, short-term, patient-focused assessment, intake, and counseling services to patients at the Community Health Center of Yavapai (CHCY) in an outpatient setting.
