Job Details

Follow maintenance schedules and supervisor instructions according to company policies. Perform routine repairs and general maintenance including plumbing, electrical, mechanical, carpentry, and plastering. Replace lighting and perform maintenance in high areas safely. Respond to unscheduled maintenance needs and emergencies. Service and replace heating and cooling systems in compliance with guidelines. Replenish maintenance supplies and follow preventive maintenance routines. Identify and report malfunctions, hazards, and defective equipment promptly. Maintain strict adherence to safety protocols during all tasks. Participate in ongoing training and educational sessions. Qualifications High School Diploma or GED required. Must have a valid AZ Driver's License. Minimum of one (1) year of experience in a maintenance team environment. Minimum of one (1) year of experience with air conditioning systems.
