Join our team at Northern Arizona Healthcare. We are a level 1 trauma center and regional referral center with a collaborative model of care where 16 CRNAs work with 21 physicians in a medical direction model (1:3). CRNAs cover procedures excluding cardiac and OB and can perform nerve blocks. We offer flexible scheduling (35 days per week), no night shifts, and only one weekend every 5 weeks, for true work?life balance in Flagstaff. Compensation starts at $228,800$270,400 plus incentives and CME. Sign?on bonus $50,000 and relocation $25,000. Zero premium health insurance and vested 401(k) from day one.
