Sr Account Manager- Remote- IT Staffin

We're a fast-growing IT staffing firm focused on delivering top-tier tech talent to enterprise clients across the U.S. Our culture values accountability, high performance, and long-term client partnerships. We're looking for a driven Senior BDM to join our Los Angeles team and take ownership of new business development in a high-opportunity market.

What You'll Do:

  • Identify, target, and develop new client relationships within mid-market and enterprise accounts
  • Sell IT staffing solutions (contract, contract-to-hire, and direct placement) across multiple verticals
  • Own the sales cycle from prospecting to close, including contract negotiation
  • Partner closely with internal recruiting teams to ensure successful delivery
  • Conduct in-person client meetings, networking events, and virtual presentations
  • Track pipeline activity in CRM and report weekly on progress
  • Stay current on tech trends and hiring needs in SoCal's tech ecosystem
What We're Looking For:
  • 3+ years of IT staffing sales experience, with a strong track record in new business development
  • Deep understanding of the Southern California market, ideally with an existing book of business
  • Excellent communication and relationship-building skills
  • Highly self-motivated, competitive, and goal-oriented
  • Experience managing large accounts and navigating MSPs/VMS preferred
