Community Health Services is seeking a dedicated Health Educator II to join our team. This position will focus on providing education, support, and guidance to clients transitioning from incarceration and working toward sobriety. The Health Educator II will serve not only as a resource for health promotion and recovery but also as a peer mentor helping clients build confidence, develop healthier lifestyles, and successfully reintegrate into the community.
