Responsibilities

• Deliver an outstanding Guest experience.
• Support Team Members in upholding operational quality and standards.
• Be self-reflective and accountable, addressing any issues with transparency.
• Encourage open communication between Team Members and Management.
• Guide Team Member behavior by championing restaurant initiatives.
• Lead with both empathy and strategy.
• Drive business success by managing costs through Chili's systems.
• Adhere to our Manager Timeline and execute quality Line Checks.
• Recruit, train, and develop Team Members for growth opportunities.
• Enhance Guest engagement and build community relationships.
• Practice and promote safe food handling procedures.
• Embody and communicate Chili's core beliefs: Every Guest Counts, Food Perfection, Be Accountable, Play Restaurant.
