War Room Program Coordinator (Part-Time), Technical

2025-08-13     AG Consulting Partners     all cities,AK
Description:

Part-Time Contractor: War Room Program Coordinator, Technical Facilitator & Workflow Automator
Location: Remote
Type: Part-Time Contractor, must be open to 1099 independent contract or work via an LLC
Hours: ~3–5 hours/day, flexible with availability between 7:00 AM – 6:00 PM PST

We're looking for a technically savvy, people-oriented problem solver to lead and evolve our client's internal “War Room” initiative—a high-impact program designed to accelerate strategic enterprise deals through structured, cross-functional collaboration.

This role is equal parts facilitator and hands-on technical integrator. You'll need the confidence to “hold court” on a call with senior stakeholders while also having the practical skills to troubleshoot and build integrations (APIs, automation platforms, workflow tools) that keep the program running seamlessly.

If you love blending human connection with technical execution—jumping from leading a discussion to solving an API error—you'll thrive here.

As a War Room Program Coordinator, Technical Facilitator & Workflow Automator (Consultant) for AG Consulting Partners, a typical day might include the following:

  • End-to-End Program Facilitation & Coordination
    • Lead War Room sessions with confidence—setting the tone, keeping discussions productive, and ensuring action items are clear.
    • Manage intake flow: review deal submissions, qualify opportunities, and determine next steps.
    • Schedule and adjust War Room sessions across global time zones.
    • Proactively communicate with participants via Slack/email to ensure preparation and attendance.
    • Attend meetings to manage flow, flag blockers, and drive alignment across teams.
  • Hands-On Technical Integration & Workflow Automation
    • Build and maintain integrations between scheduling tools, CRMs, Slack, and AI platforms.
    • Solve real-time technical challenges—whether it's fixing a broken Zapier automation or debugging an API connection.
    • Design and implement automated workflows to reduce manual effort in scheduling, follow-up, and reporting.
    • Integrate AI tools for transcription, summarization, and reporting.
  • Session Support & Execution
    • Ensure meetings are well-structured, recorded, and documented.
    • Distribute concise follow-up notes and AI-generated summaries.
    • Launch and manage dedicated Slack channels to track follow-up actions through completion.
  • Reporting & Continuous Improvement
    • Build dashboards and reports in Excel, Salesforce, and Tableau (or similar BI tools).
    • Track KPIs and surface insights to improve speed, efficiency, and program adoption.
    • Identify and remove process bottlenecks.

This job is for you if:

  • You excel in collaboration. You thrive in team settings, working effectively with cross-functional teams, stakeholders, and leadership to drive projects forward.
  • You are adaptable and resilient. You embrace change, manage shifting priorities with ease, and stay composed under pressure in fast-paced project environments.
  • You possess strong problem-solving skills. You approach challenges analytically and strategically, identifying obstacles early and implementing effective solutions.
  • You have a keen attention to detail. You ensure accuracy in project plans, timelines, and deliverables, recognizing that even small details can impact project success.
  • You are an effective communicator. You can distill complex information into clear, concise updates for both technical and non-technical stakeholders, ensuring alignment at every stage.
  • You demonstrate leadership and influence. You proactively drive initiatives, inspire collaboration, and guide teams toward achieving project objectives—even without formal authority.
  • You are results-driven. You take ownership of tasks, set measurable goals, and continuously track progress to deliver successful outcomes.
  • You are committed to continuous learning. You seek opportunities to improve project management methodologies, tools, and best practices, staying ahead in an evolving industry.

Requirements

You have:

  • Hybrid skill set: Equal comfort in facilitating discussions with executives and building/maintaining technical integrations.
  • Strong program or project operations background in sales, GTM, or customer-facing environments.
  • Hands-on experience with API integrations and workflow automation tools (Zapier, Make, Salesforce Flows, custom scripts).
  • Advanced proficiency in Excel, Salesforce, and Tableau (or similar platforms).
  • Outstanding verbal facilitation skills and ability to command a meeting without losing technical depth.
  • Comfortable working independently, making quick decisions, and proactively improving systems.
  • Able to work flexibly across global time zones.

You might also have:

  • Exposure to sales processes, deal desks, or enterprise field engagement programs.
  • Experience with AI tools for transcription, summarization, and workflow automation.
  • Background in systems/process consulting, business operations, or workflow design.
