Field Network Technician-Lyra Technology Group
Lyra Technology Group is seeking a Field Network Technician for one of their operating companies. As a Field Network Technician at Pact-One Solutions, you will interface directly with our clients at their locations. As a key contributor, you'll work on challenging network projects, troubleshoot client issues with cross-functional teams, and maintain cordial and professional client relationships.

Your work as a Field Network Technician will include several components:
• Install, upgrade, and support Windows desktop and server operating systems.
• Configure, troubleshoot, and maintain:
o Windows Servers and desktops
o Active Directory
o Firewalls, antivirus, email, and backup systems
• Ticketing documentation that adheres to established standards and procedures.
• Create clear, thorough, and compliant ticketing documentation in alignment with support protocols.
• Safely lift, move, and transport up to 75 lbs. of equipment; use standard power tools and climb ladders as required.
• Provide on-site support while upholding strong, professional client relationships.
• Coordinate with internal teams to resolve complex issues and implement projects.
Our ideal Field Network Technician has the following qualifications:
• 3 years of more of experience in the IT field.
• Great customer service skills, with an attention to detail.
• Proficient communication skills.
• Capability of both solo and group work.
