General Purpose: Makes and serves guests delicious beverages in accordance with established standards and with hospitality and professionalism. Creates memorable dining experiences through personalized and genuine interactions. Essential Duties: Stocks bar, mixes and serves alcoholic beverages, assists in cost control, inventory and maintains inventory records. Assists department leaders with creation of seasonal cocktails and development of menu. Assists department leaders with Social Media schedule and creation of content. Maintains inventory control through conscientious use and careful monitoring of all food and beverage products. Communicates with management in a timely manner when supplies are needed.
