The Supply Technician 1 is responsible for the overall management of inventory in assigned nursing and/or ancillary unit(s) as it relates to supply replenishment, maximizing quality, minimizing costs and supporting department goals within supply chain objectives. Responsibilities Operations - Picks orders utilizing the handheld scanner. - Utilizes lawson to identify products. - Delivers orders to clinical areas. - Cycle Count assigned areas. - Participates in annual year end physical inventory count. - Responsible for outdate management (first in, first out (FIFO) and bin rotation). - Answers emergency phone and supply requests. - Provides information regarding the supplies available in the warehouse. - Ensures existing inventory is issued and distributed. - Ensures sonsumable supplies are controlled to reduce obsolescence, outdates and waste by utilizing product rotation, outdate management and by communicating with the Supply Chain Leadership team. - Serves as a liaison for all reple...Technician, Supply, Supply Chain, Healthcare, Inventory
