Under general direction, oversees Clinical and Education Services activities for the Operation. Represents AMR to local communities, medical and training institutions, state department of health services, and other related agencies. Responsible for creation, implementation, and tracking of education programs and continuous quality improvement. Responsibilities: Oversee the development and coordination of trainings, orientation programs, and other methods to promote a system of continuing education, within guidelines and SOPs of AMR. Supervise the Clinical Education staff, as well as ongoing management of the Field Training Officer (FTO) program. Manage American Heart Association Training Center as the Training Center Coordinator adhering to AHA policies and procedures.
