Job Details

Under direct supervision, performs semi-skilled building renovation and restoration, maintenance, and landscape grounds care and construction of moderate difficulty. Major Duties, Responsibilities Performs general fieldwork of moderate difficulty in a variety of maintenance, building renovation and restoration, and grounds duties. Performs equipment repair and roof repair. Performs self-directed on routine tasks and is responsible for reports and recordkeeping. Participates in training, research, and code compliance updates. Participates training in areas of safety compliance and job-related skill building. Performs other job-related duties as assigned. Minimum Qualifications Education: High school diploma or equivalent. Experience: A minimum of two (2) years of experience in building maintenance, grounds, or construction. Additional Requirements:Must possess a valid Arizona drivers license.
