What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Generate revenue through sales to new and existing key accounts within a designated market
- Prepare quantitative, qualitative, and financial data for pricing and sales presentations
- Implement sales plans and key account strategies to achieve sales and financial goals
- Negotiate favorable contracts and close sales with prospective clients
- Maintain strategic alignment with assigned referral partners and provide periodic updates on sales progress

What is Required (Qualifications):
- Minimum of 8+ years of relevant sales experience, particularly in enterprise sales within the Earned Wage Access space
- Proven track record of strong revenue generation and exceeding sales goals
- Experience selling to “C” level executives in sectors such as restaurant management, staffing, healthcare, retail, and professional employment organizations
- Excellent negotiation, networking, communication, and presentation skills
- Relevant experience or degree in fields such as Communication, English, IT, or Engineering

How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- Master's Degree
- Completion of Sandler Sales Training or equivalent sales training
