Reporting to the Assistant Director, WIOA Title I-B, the Receptionist will provide friendly front-desk support for Workforce Innovation and Opportunity Act (WIOA) Title I-B programs (Adult, Dislocated Worker, Youth) at the One-Stop Center in Prescott, AZ, with rare travel to Prescott Valley if needed for coverage. The role involves greeting clients, managing appointments for Career Navigators across Prescott, Prescott Valley, and Verde Valley, supporting TABE testing, and maintaining a professional reception area. Strong interpersonal skills and a willingness to learn WIOA processes are essential, with training provided. This role contributes to a model One-Stop transforming lives for Youth (in or out of school), Adults, and Dislocated Workers.
