Teach a class (ABE/ ASE/ HSE, contextualized with college and career readiness) 20% - Provide instruction in foundational academic skills aligned with Arizona Adult Education Standards. - Integrate digital literacy, career exploration, and postsecondary transition skills into lessons. - Use assessment data (e.g., TABE) to guide instruction and support student learning plans. - Maintain accurate attendance, testing, and progress records in compliance with grant requirements. Build and maintain collaborations with postsecondary institutions 20% - Work with Yavapai College academic departments, CTE programs, and Workforce & Community Development to create seamless IET and transition pathways. - Coordinate with Enrollment Services, Academic Advising, Financial Aid, and the YC Promise Program to connect students to in-house support services. - Guide students in understanding Yavapai College program requirements, application processes, timelines, and academic expectations.
