Your responsibilities include training staff, ensuring quality food, cleanliness, safety, and providing guests with an enjoyable experience. Key duties include:Managing, training, and coaching General Managers.Assigning employees to meet service standards.Overseeing employees in various stations during shifts to ensure standards of food preparation, appearance, and service.Ensuring compliance with employee policies and practices.Addressing employee issues and policy violations promptly.Reviewing work schedules to ensure proper staffing.Monitoring cost controls for food, labor, and inventory, taking corrective actions when needed.Monitoring vendor performance and taking corrective measures if necessary.Auditing employment and payroll records.Focusing on guest needs and responding to escalated complaints appropriately.Recruting, interviewing, and hiring management staff.Approving compensation within company guidelines.Preparing operational reports and developing action plans for financial or sales issues.Implementing regional marketing plans.Additional Requirements:High school diploma or equivalent; advanced studies preferred.At least three years of restaurant management experience, with multi-unit supervision.Ability to work irregular hours, including nights, weekends, and holidays.Knowledge of recruiting, labor laws, and sanitation regulations.Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.Basic computer and accounting skills.Ability to work independently and multi-task effectively.Join us and make the Sonic Drive-In experience sensational!
