Sr SASE/Zscaler Security Engineer - 100% Remote Jacksonville, United States | Posted on 07/15/2024Sr SASE/Zscaler Security Engineer to support our client in implementing Zscaler and other SASE technology.Location: RemoteDuration: 6+ MonthsYou are a Zscaler implementation engineer helping deploy automation, help with automation and build out the extraction layers, building out the foot print, experience with: Zscaler, zero trust, VPN - Cisco any conect, Avanti pulse, Fortinet, IAM - Zscaler is Zero trust, ZIA, ZPA, SASE,Zscaler certification is "nice to have"Additional Information:Remote Access Z scaler - typical zscaler, larger deployments for corp entity, Call it a security SaSe engineerZscaler implementation engineer, don't need an architect, help deploy automation, help with automation and build out the extraction layers, building out the foot print, experience with: Zscaler, zero trust, VPN - Cisco any connect, Avanti pulse, Fortinet, IAM - Zscaler is Zero trust, ZIA, ZPA, SASE, Zscaler certification nice to have.Position OverviewIn this role, the engineer will be instrumental in deploying, managing, and optimizing Zscaler's suite of security solutions to fortify our enterprise clients' defensesImplement, configure, and manage Zscaler Internet Access (ZIA) and Zscaler Private Access (ZPA) solutions for enterprise clientsTroubleshoot and resolve complex network and security issues related to Zscaler servicesConduct regular security audits to ensure compliance with industry standards and corporate policiesCollaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate Zscaler services with existing infrastructureMaintain up-to-date knowledge of Zscaler products and services to recommend upgrades and enhancementsProvide training and support to IT teams and end-users for best practices on Zscaler platformsDevelop documentation on configuration, troubleshooting procedures, and operational guidelinesParticipate in emergency response teams to handle security incidents and provide post-mortem analysisQualificationsProven experience as a Zscaler Engineer or in a similar role within cloud securityStrong foundation in network security principles, including Zero Trust architectureFamiliarity with cloud infrastructure and services (AWS, Azure, Google Cloud)Ability to work autonomously in a remote setting while maintaining communication and upholding collaborative team dynamicsProficient in creating and managing security policies and protocolsExceptional problem-solving skills and the ability to work under pressureBachelor's degree in Computer Science, Cybersecurity, or a related field, or equivalent work experience#J-18808-Ljbffr
