On-Site Community Manager - HOAMCO (Prescott, AZ)

HOAMCO, is seeking a full time HOA Manager for American Ranch located in Prescott, Arizona. American Ranch is a sought-after ranch- residential community located at the base of majestic Granite Mountain and adjacent to the Prescott National Forest. American Ranch also offers a fully staffed Equestrian Center for boarding needs. This manager will be responsible for the oversight and support of the Equestrian Center along with, ensuring smooth operations, managing regular interaction with and support of Board of Directors, homeowners, vendors, meeting attendance, budget preparation, and overall community business management.

The ideal candidate should possess:

  1. 2+ Years of HOA Management Experience
  2. CAI Certification (Preferred)
  3. Strong leadership skills
  4. Great communication skills

Qualifications:
  • Previous experience as a Community Manager of similar onsite HOA community
  • Outstanding written and verbal communication skills required
  • Understands and can operate technology programs such as Zoom, Go to Meeting
  • HOA Management Credentials (preferred not required)
  • Experience with equestrian a plus
  • Supervisory skills
Responsibilities:
  • Efficient and professional oversight of daily operations
  • Build rapport with Board
  • Staff supervision
  • Maintain working knowledge of all applicable State and Federal Regulations pertaining to the Association
  • Implements Board(s) policy and directives within the scope of the management contract
  • Attend Board of Director and committee meetings as needed
