POSITION SUMMARY
Lead the management team to continually evaluate and develop revenue management strategies and practices that improve process and enhance our sales revenue opportunities.

ESSENTIAL JOB FUNCTIONS

  • Evaluate and develop revenue management strategies and practices, including but not limited to: Implement new procedures, evaluate revenue opportunities, post-mortem analysis, reporting requirement gathering and implementing sales data capturing procedures.
  • Create, adopt and utilize margin analysis reporting designed to help isolate revenue opportunities and take appropriate actions to correct and capture additional revenue and the evaluation of all margin components
  • Performs process re-engineering, in a fluid environment, documenting process workflows
  • Generates deeper insights into customer dynamics
  • Develop frameworks, models and pilot tests, builds plans and implements and tracks initiatives
  • Understand and drive continuous improvement in internal (diverse levels of the organization) dynamics
  • Partner with diverse areas of the organization (i.e. marketing, commercial, IT) and collaborates with stakeholders in those departments to create high impact opportunities for the organization
  • Determine SKU price adjustments; perform comprehensive margin analyses; provide SKU rationalization and pricing strategies recommendations
  • Leverage elasticity analyses to strategically promote SKUs, driving volume growth and maximizing profitability.
  • Conduct due diligence and valuation assessments for potential acquisition targets, providing strategic insights and recommendations
  • Other duties as assigned


MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS
  • Bachelor's degree in finance, business, marketing or other related field
  • Five (5) years' experience in RM (i.e. pricing, promotions)
  • Ten (10) years' consumer goods experience

License/Certifications
  • N/A

Preferred Qualifications
  • Master's or advanced degree


KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS & ABILITIES (KSA's)
  • Database knowledge (i.e. Excel, Alteryx, SAS, SAP)
  • Experience with developing and implementing RM strategies
  • Experience building and leading strong teams

PHYSICAL REQUIREMENTS
  • Usual office environment with frequent sitting, walking, and standing, and occasional climbing, stooping, kneeling, crouching, crawling, and balancing. Frequent use of eye, hand, and finger coordination enabling the use of office machinery. Oral and auditory capacity enabling interpersonal communication as well as communication through automated devices such as the telephone.
