Bonus Program: As a Restaurant General Manager, you will be eligible to participate in a quarterly bonus program based on restaurant performance.

Typical Day for a Restaurant General Manager:

  • Manage profitability by controlling cash/security procedures, inventory levels, labor, and reviewing financial reports.
  • Recruit, interview, and hire team members, shift managers, and assistant general managers.
  • Coach and train staff to operational excellence.
  • Conduct bi-weekly inventory counts.
  • Ensure cleanliness and provide an exceptional guest experience with friendly service and quality products.

What You Bring:

  • At least 1 year of experience as a General Manager in food service or retail, including Profit & Loss responsibility, preferably in a quick-service restaurant.
  • Must be at least 18 years old.
  • Availability to close the restaurant at least two nights per week.
  • Ability to lift, carry, push, or pull heavy objects; stand and walk continuously; operate restaurant equipment safely.

Compensation for this role is based on skills and experience. The starting salary range for new hires varies by location, with an example in Maryland of $55,000 - $60,000. Details will be discussed during the hiring process.
