Assists the Grocery Manager and the Grocery Third Person in the operation of the Grocery Department. Assists with supervising and training personnel, ordering, receiving, storing, pricing, rotating, stocking and merchandising. Directs and controls the operation of the entire store in the absence of the Store Director, Grocery Manager and Third Person. DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES: Champions Company and Division customer service programs to meet or exceed Division customer service goals. Handles customer relations in a positive manner, including effective resolution of customer complaints. Promotes Albertsons philosophy of personalized service. Performs ordering, receiving, storing, pricing, stocking, rotating and merchandising duties.
