Over the years, weve become known as the benchmark in aircraft tactical communication and audio equipment for Air Ambulance, Law Enforcement, SAR, EMS, Electronic News Gathering, Military and Marine applications. Products include digital and analog radio/audio management systems, Tac/Com, VHF/UHF radio systems, intercoms, data interface accessories, and aural warning.
This position must meet Export Control compliance requirements, therefore a US Person as defined by 22 C.F.R. 120.15 is required. US Person includes US , lawful permanent , refugee, or asylee. In compliance with federal law, all persons hired will be required to verify and eligibility to work in the United States and to complete the required employment eligibility verification form upon hire.
Role purpose (position scope):
This is a temporary fulltime position with the possibility of a permanent fulltime role.
The Materials Handler will be responsible for stocking, transacting, and pulling material in support of the Service and Support Department. This role will also be cross trained in Shipping/Receiving and assist in that area as needed.
Key Responsibilities:
- Pull Material Requests for Service and Support.
- Conduct daily Cycle Count.
- Post material transactions in the ERP System.
- Transfer material list as given by Material Planner.
- Navigate spreadsheets for Service and Support Material Planner.
- Assist in preparing kits as needed.
- Transacting and restocking return to stocks for multiple warehouses.
- Comply and uphold Canyon AeroConnect EH&S policies and standards.
- Complies with the Canyon AeroConnect Code of Business Conduct and Ethics.
- Other tasks as signed by manager.

- MINIMUM EDUCATION & EXPERIENCE - High School diploma (or equivalent) and 2 years of related experience.

Key Measures and Milestones:
- Daily measure against stockroom inventory that needs to reflect 100% accuracy of all material moved throughout the day
- Material Request wait time
- Cycle count and inventory accuracy
Physical Demands:
- Constantly standing and/or moving about the stockroom/warehouse more than 75% of the time.
- Tasks frequently involve light to moderate physical effort; lifting, carrying, pushing and/or pulling of objects or materials (20-30 lbs.) 60% of the time.
- Frequently position self to reach stock at ground level as well as reaching over head, bending, kneeling up to 50%
- Ascend/descend step stool up to 50%
- Exposure to noise and chemicals up to 75%
