Compensation: $60,000.00 - $75,000.00 per year

We are seeking a highly organized and experienced Construction Project Manager to join our team at SERVPRO of Yavapai County in Prescott Valley, AZ. As a leader in the restoration industry, we are looking for a motivated individual who can oversee and manage construction projects with precision and efficiency.
Responsibilities:
- Coordinate and oversee construction projects from start to finish
- Develop project schedules, budgets, and timelines
- Communicate with clients, subcontractors, and team members to ensure project success
- Ensure compliance with building codes, regulations, and safety standards
- Manage project documentation and reporting
- Supervise and mentor construction staff
- Resolve any issues or delays that may arise during the construction process
- 5+ years of experience in construction project management
- Strong knowledge of construction processes, materials, and methods
- Excellent leadership and communication skills
- Ability to read and interpret blueprints and construction drawings
- Valid driver's license and clean driving record
- Proficiency in project management software and tools
