Job Details

Of the Building Maintenance Staff: - Performs general repairs and maintenance for all areas within the operation including but not limited to: minor electrical, mechanical, and structural aspects of the buildings and grounds. - General water treatment plant operations (will train for this area) - Maintains cleanliness and appearance of exterior of the facility including but not limited to: emptying trashcans, sweeping walkways, picking up litter, and arrangingoutdoor furniture. - Maintains cleanliness and appearance of interior of the facility including but not limited to: cleaning windows, stocking supplies, monitoring cleanliness of entirebuilding, painting, drywall repairs. - General pool maintenance including power washing pool deck, emptying trash, maintaining restroom cleanliness. - Identifies and reports needed supplies to supervisor. - Performs other duties as required.
