Job Description:

• Perform a variety of patrol, security, emergency response and customer service duties at assigned locations.
• Greet and log in all visitors and vendors at entrance gate.
• Notify appropriate personnel or department of arrival.
• Direct visitors and vendors to destination.
• Enforce company policies and procedures.
• Perform frequent patrols of the property.
• Walk, bicycles, or drives vehicle on irregularly scheduled rounds of property.
• Observe conditions of equipment, grounds and facilities.
• Pick up litter or debris as needed, or arranges clean-up with maintenance crews.
• Report damages or areas in need of repair to the Maintenance Supervisor.
• Conduct surveillance of locations or areas in which vandalism or criminal activities have been noted.
• ssist with and trained for emergency situations.
• Collaborate with police officers in the prevention of crime.
• Work with fire response units for fire suppression, and with medical emergency response units in the event of emergency situations, at the assigned location.
• Provide basic emergency medical response (e.g. performs CPR, gives basic first aid) when needed.
• Current CPR and first aid certifications, as required by specific site location.
• Skilled in responding appropriately to emergency and conflict situations.
• Knowledge of site rules, regulations, policies and procedures.
• Knowledgeable of the site topography and locations of emergency equipment and access points.

• High School diploma or GED.
