Our client is seeking a highly motivated and experienced Real Estate Finance Partner to join their nationally recognized Real Estate Practice Group in Phoenix, Arizona, with consideration for other locations. The ideal candidate will have at least ten years of experience in real estate finance, advising lenders through all stages of financing transactions, including term sheet negotiations, documentation, closing, and ongoing advice.

Expertise in construction loans, homebuilder acquisition, healthcare real estate, dealer finance, financed ground leases, bridge and mezzanine loans, EB-5 debt, syndications, forbearance arrangements, and deed-in-lieu transactions is essential.

Responsibilities include:

1. Representing clients in real estate finance transactions
2. Drafting and negotiating loan documents
3. Conducting due diligence
4. Developing new business opportunities

Minimum requirements include:

1. Juris Doctor degree
2. Admitted to practice law in Arizona
3. Strong analytical, communication, and interpersonal skills
