Bookkeeper / Office Admin
An established local company is seeking a friendly and efficient full-time Office Admin/Bookkeeper. The position requires to be comfortable in a multi-faceted environment and significant back-office experience including: compliance,estimates, accounts payable, accounts receivable, payroll, and general operations support. The position demands initiative and attention to detail.
EXPERIENCE: Experience in construction operations, MS Word, Excel and Outlook is critical. Experience in QuickBooks Online is a plus or willing to learn is a must. Must be customer service oriented, attention to details and resourceful.
· On site, must be flexible to work longer hours for specific projects & meet deadlines.
· Must have a valid driver's license; be available to make occasional office errands.
· Full-time, 40 hours/week position. Weekends as needed.
