Works closely with contractors and other outside entities* Oversee building maintenance, repairs, and preventive maintenance for buildings, buses, and school vehicles.* Manage grounds, landscaping and athletic field maintenance.* Oversee transportation, including routes and extracurricular trips.* Plan and maintain ADA compliance for buildings.* Order materials, track work orders, and manage budgets.* Ensure staff training and compliance with safety standards.* Maintain positive relationships with students, staff, and the community.* Respond to emergencies and attend meetings when necessary.Physical & Environmental Conditions: Involves sitting, walking, lifting up to 50 pounds, and exposure to outdoor and indoor conditions.Evaluation: Performance reviewed by the Superintendent.Note: This job description outlines the primary responsibilities and requirements for the position, but is not exhaustive.Other:About the Community of Bagdad:The town of Bagdad is located in the high desert of central Arizona approximately 100 miles northwest of Phoenix / 60 miles west of Prescott.
