Job Details

Reporting to the Assistant Director, WIOA Title I-B, the Career Navigator will empower Youth (in or out of school), Adults, and Dislocated Workers at the One-Stop Center in Prescott, AZ, with regular travel between One-Stop locations in Prescott, Prescott Valley, and Verde Valley. Collaborating with the Director and Assistant Director, who lead strategic planning, budget management, and employer engagement, the Career Navigator will provide mentoring, career planning, job readiness workshops, and support services to help participants achieve credentials and secure sustainable careers. Expertise in career coaching, event planning, and business relationship-building is essential to organize job fairs, engage stakeholders, and guide participants into WIOA Title II programs for a High School Equivalency (HSE) or HSE Career Ready Pathway (combining HSE preparation with career training).
