Responsibilities

• Respond to incoming customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat in a timely and professional manner.
• Provide accurate information regarding products, services, and company policies.
• Resolve customer complaints and issues by understanding their needs and providing effective solutions.
• Document all customer interactions and feedback in the appropriate systems.
• Collaborate with other departments to address and follow-up on customer needs.
• Maintain a thorough understanding of company products and services to provide knowledgeable assistance.
• Participate in training sessions and contribute to improving customer service processes.

Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent; a degree in business or related field is a plus.
• Proven experience in a customer service role, preferably in the pharmaceutical or healthcare industry.
• Exceptional communication skills, both verbal and written.
• Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to handle challenging situations with professionalism.
• Proficiency in customer service software and Microsoft Office Suite.
• Ability to work well in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple tasks.
• Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills.
• Empathetic and patient approach to customer interactions.
