Position Overview: As a Mechanical Construction Project Manager, you will play a pivotal role in overseeing the planning, coordination, and execution of mechanical construction projects from inception to completion. You will collaborate closely with cross-functional teams to ensure projects are delivered on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards. The ideal candidate will possess strong leadership skills, technical expertise in mechanical construction, and a proven track record of managing complex construction projects.

Responsibilities:

• Lead and manage all aspects of mechanical construction projects, including scheduling, budgeting, resource allocation, and procurement.
• Coordinate with engineering teams to develop project plans, specifications, and design drawings.
• Oversee subcontractors and vendors to ensure compliance with project requirements and specifications.
• Monitor project progress, identify potential risks and issues, and implement effective mitigation strategies.
• Conduct regular site inspections to ensure adherence to safety protocols, quality standards, and regulatory requirements.
• Communicate effectively with clients, stakeholders, and internal teams to provide project updates and resolve any issues or concerns.
• Prepare and present project status reports, budgets, and forecasts to senior management and stakeholders.

Qualifications:

• Bachelors degree in Mechanical Engineering, Construction Management, equivalent job experience
• Proven experience as a Project Manager in the mechanical construction industry, with a minimum of 2 years of relevant experience.
• Strong knowledge of mechanical systems, equipment, and construction techniques.
• Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and prioritize tasks effectively.
• Proficiency in project management software and Microsoft Office Suite.
• PMP certification or equivalent is a plus.
